Charlotte FC’s MLS NEXT Pro team is actively seeking a Marketing Coordinator that will serve as a project management lead who helps drive a variety of campaigns, projects and events from ideation to execution, ensuring efficient processes along the way via cross-functional collaboration.Primary ResponsibilitiesWork across multiple internal departments to help execute initiatives and events for Charlotte FC’s MLS NEXT Pro teamIdeate and work on day-to-day planning and project management of all programs and eventsLead all grassroots marketing efforts including but not limited to viewing parties, sports tournaments, festivals, and more, in partnership with the Community Relations teamResponsible for set up, tear down, and management of all interactive elements at community eventsPartner and assist CLTFC Marketing Fan Engagement teams with collaborating on social campaigns, email marketing messaging, ticket sales promotions, building the gameday experience and creating brand events and programs for the MLS NEXT Pro brandResponsible for building and maintaining cross-departmental relationshipsWork with internal clients to drive campaign performance from ideation to executionCreate and manage project plans and timelines to deliver marketing campaigns on timeTrack and record metrics throughout all campaignsStrive to grow the brand regionally and nationallyGrow fan affinity fan sentiment; Deliver talked about events experiences on match dayAdditional related duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field required1-2 years of marketing experience which may include direct marketing, campaign management, marketing/brand/experiential agency or marketing operationsMust have a valid US Driver’s licenseMust pass pre-employment screensAccount management, event management and client- facing experience preferredSoccer knowledge preferredSkills for SuccessStrong work ethic and attention to detailStrong project management skills with analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsWorks well within in a collaborative, team-driven, and goal-based environmentWorks well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitudeMust be a team player, reliable, and dependable with a can-do attitudeMust maintain complete confidentiality of privileged, and/or sensitive informationAbility to prioritize workload to manage time and tasks while ensuring on-time delivery Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and agilityMust possess strong customer service skillsMust, at all times, display the character and values of the Tepper Sports Entertainment brandWork Environment and Physical RequirementsThis position operates in a professional office environment and outside in a stadium facility.
