About the job
As Marketing and Communications Manager at AB A/S, you will take ownership of our marketing strategy and work with our existent team on some exciting campaigns and partnership activities.


We are on a journey to restore AB’s professional football to its former glory, so we are a small club but with a big presence and legacy. It’s important that you thrive on the opportunity to change and improve and prefer to be part of a smaller organisation, with the added influence and responsibility that comes with it. You will be able to make your mark, together with the other passionate people in our team who are all dedicated to fulfilling the potential of the club.


Additional Responsibilities include:

Overall responsibility for marketing, both the B2C marketing but also our B2B marketing focusing on promoting our Business Network/sponsors as well as the Events business.
Enhance the value of our collaborations with sponsors and partners.
Execute our communication across all channels regarding any results or changes to the football team.
Communication with press and other external media
Responsible for the club’s website and SOME channels, including overseing the overall SOME plan and manage the SOME content manager.


The Person

You have the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at any given time.
You are a creative thinker, with the ability to develop a concept and execute the concept from start to finish considering all channel and stakeholder touchpoints.
Oversee and produce graphical work and design of presentations, sponsor assets, match day content etc. to elevate the look of all marketing components.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Danish.
A self-starter who can work autonomously, but at the same time is a team player who don’t mind giving your team a helping hand when needed. We work together as a unit.
Experience in the sports industry is a bonus but not essential.
