Role description

We are looking for a full-time position (40 hours/week) as soon as possible

an employee (m/f/d) in the field of international transfers & friendlies

in our Services & Security department.

As a FIFA TMS Manager (Transfer Matching System), the processing of international transfers, including requests from minors, in cooperation with clubs, the state and regional associations of the DFB, national associations and FIFA
Calculation of training compensation in connection with international transfers
Reviewing applications and communicating with authorities regarding international friendlies
Technical supervision of national and international projects as well as further development of topics related to international transfers
Accompanying the association's jurisdiction as well as the game operation in case of questions about the game and youth regulations in connection with the regulations of FIFA
Any accompaniment of the subject of registration/licensing of players' agents according to FIFA specifications
Successfully completed studies in the field of sports management or a comparable course, comparable training or extensive professional experience in the above areas
Professional experience appropriate to the position, preferably in a football context
Knowledge of the DFB regional and state associations, their structures and functions
Knowledge of the DFB game and youth regulations
Fluent written and spoken German and English
Very good communication and organizational skills
Willingness to be flexible with working hours as required
Ability to work in a team, service-oriented, resilient, interested in football, proactive
