Role description

For Viking Football, the way to the top of Norwegian football is through the development of regional talent. The academy therefore plays a decisive role in the development of the Viking of the future. In order to be able to develop the next generation of Viking players, it is crucial to have a good relationship with the clubs around us. We are therefore looking for a good relationship builder who can drive our collaborative project, Football Lift, further. You must be passionate about creating good football environments where children and young people can become fond of football, and develop lifelong memories.
As an administrative officer, you will play an important role in ensuring that the running of the academy runs as smoothly as possible. You will be responsible for everything from equipment orders to the track calendar and social media. You must therefore be structured and clear in your work.
In the 2023 academy classification, we received 5 stars and were thus named Norway's leading football academy. You will become part of  a football-professionally strong, development-oriented, energetic and inclusive environment. Viking Football has high ambitions and prioritizes the development of local players. In the coming period, it is a clear goal to further strengthen our work in the academy, so that even more players from the Stavanger region can achieve their dreams.

Head of cooperation:
Lead the Fotballøftet overall strategically and from day to day.
Being on the field as a coaching supervisor through the Coaching Challenge.
Organize and hold football schools and coaching seminars etc. for our partner clubs.
Build and maintain good relationships with our partner clubs.
Administrative officer:
Manage training times and track calendar.
Internal and external communication, including website, social media and club handbook.
Various administrative work.
Facilitate so that the other employees in the academy can carry out their work tasks as flexibly as possible.
Education: UEFA B license and/or relevant higher education.
You have great work capacity and the ability to take ownership of projects and processes.
You are confident and are a strong relationship builder with good collaboration skills.
You have good communication skills both in writing and orally.
You are structured.
Work in the afternoon/evening/weekend must be taken into account.
