For more information, please visit us at www.intermiamicf.com. Position Summary: The Manager, Partnership Activation, is responsible for managing all partner related activities including activation and execution of all contractually obligated sponsorship elements. This person will build strong relationships with current partners to aid in the renewal and retention of sponsors and work to continuously increase the level of service and support offered by the sponsorship department to corporate partners. Essential Duties Responsibilities:Provide the highest level of service to all existing corporate partners.Gather, plan and execute all contractual elements for each corporate partner.Proof all collateral material featuring the Club’s logo for correct usage, i.e., sponsor artwork, radio copy, public address script, logos, print, web, and other relevant items needed to execute the agreement.Review matchday scripts, rundowns, etc., to ensure accurate sponsorship recognition.Ensure that all digital and social media entitlements are met.Deliver ongoing creative marketing and activation recommendations for current partners including retail activation, in-stadium promotions, special events and community outreach ideas.Lead the development of promotional, big-idea creative concepts and creative executions.Participate in cross functional department meetings and provide regular updates to leadership.Create an annual Partner Planning Strategy to align with Inter Miami objectives. This will include the development of creative activation programs and co-branded marketing opportunities.Maintain proper benchmarks and tracking of Partner asset inventory.Produce partner recaps. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.Extensive and proven integrated marketing experience with demonstrated success in the media, sports sponsorship, fulfillment or entertainment fields required.Experience in the Florida marketplace preferred but not necessary.Strong understanding of MLS and international fútbol a plus.Very strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for interactions with clients, operational leaders and other senior executives.Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and creatively solve day-to-day challenges.Extremely organized with a high attention to detail.Strong work ethic – must be a team player with a “get the job done” attitude.Strong organizational skills with proven experience managing multiple projects and timelines.Knowledge of marketing, promotions, event planning and game production preferred.Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Power Point, Word, Excel and Outlook.Ability to work flexible hours, including but not limited to evenings, weekends and holidays  Compensation:Inter Miami CF offers a competitive compensation package, medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, life insurance and 401k retirement plan. All applicants must pass a pre-employment background check. Equal Opportunity StatementInter Miami CF is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, marital status, protected veteran status, disability status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
