*In order to be considered for this role, after clicking "apply now" above and being redirected, you must fully complete the application process on the follow-up screen. *Position Summary:The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for ensuring a consistent, high-level delivery of HR services to the organization and its team members. This position will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, orientation, learning and development, wellness, communication, employee relations and overall policy compliance; all culminating in a best-in-class employee experience for our staff.    Key Responsibilities: Lead the recruiting function, including updating job descriptions, managing job postings, assisting in interview panel setups, participating in interviews, sending offer letters, and ensuring that the hiring process in equitable and inclusive for all candidates. Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to remain in compliance.  Assist in creating, managing, and implementing companywide learning and development opportunities. Responsible for benefit and retirement plan administration. Complete and submit annual reporting and census data for MLS, federal and state requirements.  Maintain and organize all HR records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality. Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, benefits, compensation, etc. Assist with organizing employee initiatives and events, for example: new hire meet/greets, health fairs, all staff meetings, etc. Perform other tasks/projects as needed.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.  A minimum of three years of experience in Human Resources is required.  Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Experience with Ceridian Dayforce products is preferred, but not required. Excellent written and oral communication, comfortable with public speaking, organizational skills a must. Must be highly self-motivated and adept at working both independently and as part of a team, while completing assignments within specified deadlines. Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, while demonstrating flexibility and creative problem-solving skills. Proven ability to handle confidential information and sensitive issues in a professional manner. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships and work successfully as an influencer across the organization at all levels Excellent customer service skills. Due to nature of business and entertainment industry, employees’ may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the company, including, nights, weekends, and in some cases, holidays.
