This is a support-based role that lies within the Marketing team. In this position, the candidate will own email marketing strategy, planning, and execution to support driving ROI for the Club and enhancing the fan experience.  The candidate must be a highly motivated individual contributor with cross-functional experience. Previous team experience is preferred but not required.  Job Responsibilities: Execute daily email marketing campaigns: scheduling, creating, proofing, testing, sending, and reportingManage the design and execution of A/B tests within email campaigns to optimize customer communicationsMonitor campaign performance and use data to drive continuous improvementCollaborate with the Ticket Sales department in the creation and promotion of ticket offersPartner with the Business Strategy and Analytics department team to ensure alignment and integration across data, analytics, and reportingCollaborate with the Manager, Marketing Campaign Data & Operations to build and implement email journeys for various audience segments Collaborate with the content and design team in the creation of email assets and elements that leverage engaging and dynamic creative content to drive email performanceMaintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and trends for email and digital marketing best practicesAdditional responsibilities as assigned Qualifications: 3 - 5 years of email marketing experienceTechnical and strategic knowledge of Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email marketing platformsProficient in HTML & CSSExperience using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and IllustratorAbility to develop and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated and self-starterExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsMust be fully vaccinated and boosted for COVID-19 Please note:Chicago Fire FC is committed to fostering, cultivating, and preserving a culture of diversity, equity, accessibility, and inclusion.
