Job Summary

JOB PURPOSE
To provide accurate and timely financial information and insight relating to the varied operations departments of the business including capital projects as part of the wider Finance reporting cycles
To act as year-round finance point of contact for key members of the operations departments
Key Responsibilities
Monthly preparation of management accounts for operations departments
Quarterly preparation of management accounts and associated detailed analysis for presentation to Heads of Department and Operations and Finance Director for operations departments
Assistance with monthly consolidation process and associated analysis
Assistance with event operation modelling, forecasting and reconciliations
Management of Management Accounts Assistant
Assistance with corporation tax compliance process
Preparation of annual budgets and monthly reforecasts for operations departments
Fixed asset accounting and budgeting
Assistance with interim and year-end audit process
Ensuring systems are appropriately assisting with achieving compliance
Responding to ad hoc queries

Skills Experience
Qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with 1-3 years PQE (essential)
Experience of Microsoft Dynamics Navision or similar software
Jet Reports or similar excel based Business Intelligence Reporting solution
Advanced Excel including Pivot tables, Macros, Graphs
Demonstrable experience of people management
