Maintenance Assistant
Derby County Football Club are looking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Assistant to join our Stadium Services team.  Due to the nature of this role, candidates must be comfortable working at heights, in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.  A full driving licence would be required for this multi-site role.
Reporting directly to the Chief Stadium Engineer, the post holder will carry out general maintenance activities to the highest quality, whilst maintaining an efficient and professional service.
Key Responsibilities:
To carry out basic repairs and general maintenance work at all DCFC sites
Ensure that proactive and reactive day to day maintenance work is prioritised appropriately
To deliver the scope of work required to the highest standard and within appropriate timescales
To carry out various projects and tasks to allow the smooth running of the stadium and the training ground
To ensure that health, safety and legal requirements are paramount in every aspect of the role
Carry out all requests to a high standard and to the satisfaction of the customer
Personal Characteristics and experience:
Driving license
Manual handling ability and trade skills desirable
Pool Plant Operations certificate is desirable
Painting and decorating skills desirable
Good communication skills
IPAF MEWP accreditation desirable
·       Basic health & safety knowledge
·       Able to work in a team or individually
·       Flexible approach with the ability to problem solve
The role is a full time position serving the Pride Park Stadium and Moor Farm Training Ground, with standard working hours of 35 hours per week, plus match days.
