ROLE DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: Loan Coach/Mentor
DEPARTMENT: Pathway programme/Loans
JOB FUNCTION: Development and support of players who are on loan from CFC.
Regular monitoring / Point of contact
Visiting players and travelling to watch matches
Reporting on Matches and grade performances
Set short-term and long-term development goals in collaboration with the player and the loan club.
Feedback and recommendation to head of department
Deliver coaching sessions for the loan group in preseason
Working with children


LOCATION: Cobham
CONTRACT: Permanent 40 hours any 7

Data utilisation

Communicate with relevant personal at the loan clubs

Qualifications:

Coaching licences UEFA A


Experience:

Coaching experience – youth development/senior team
Professional playing experience (preferred)

Match analysis (ability to use software’s like sportcode)
