About The Role

An exciting new opportunity has arisen within our Academy. We are looking for a hard- working Lead Foundation Phase coach to join our Academy Coaching Department.The successful candidate will plan, deliver and review coaching sessions in line with our playing and coaching philosophies. Manage and support the players alongside a co-coach during fixtures and training sessions. Manage and lead the staff within the Foundation Phase and Pre-Academy age groups, ensuring alignment and the staff are following the Academy curriculum. As well, they will need to be comfortable having an input within CPD events. They will also be required to liaise with other Full-Time and Part-Time staff and complete all off-pitch activities to deadlines. Ideal candidates will also demonstrate a desire and enthusiasm for their own development.

About The Candidate

We are looking for enthusiastic, dynamic and innovative individual, who will be responsible for working as part of our coaching team to primarily support the Foundation Phase age groups (leading one of the age groups) with the vision of producing players for our first team.

About The Club
