Nottingham Trent University's Futsal is looking to appoint a new Lead Coach to further enhance the coaching provision available to the athletes in the club and continue the progression of the club to being one of the top futsal sides nationally.
Being supported by the Head of Football you will deliver an effective training and match day program whilst working with players with backgrounds in national and international competition. Although work programmes are varied, it will require a commitment of approximately 7 - 10 hours a week during the university term, with training provisionally on a Tuesday and Friday evening with fixtures at weekends.
You will have experience of successfully working as a qualified futsal coach with players in a performance environment and knowledge of how to deliver an in depth program that also allows players to balance their sport with the demands of studying for a degree, along with the ability to plan, deliver and evaluate high quality coaching sessions and provide detailed feedback to aid player development.
