Job Title: Lead Area Coordinator (Crawley)

Employer: Brighton and Hove Albion Football Club

Location: Crawley (must live local to area)

Salary: Salary dependent on game quota

Hours: Part time – weekends and evenings

Job Type: Fixed term until 31st May 2023

You will be on the lookout for top talent and letting us know! Of course, there are other aspects to the role such as being responsible for the smooth running of our Crawley Development Centre including overseeing the programme, the coordination of local grassroot scouts and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.



You will go out and identity local and regional talent for the development centre and ensure weekly scouting reports are uploaded within a timely fashion.


This is a great flexible opportunity, and we are positive our ideal candidate will feel like they are making a difference straight away. This is a part time role watching matches in the evenings and weekends.



Your scouting bio

You will have a strong network in Crawley and be able to build further on this and creating new relationships. You will need a FA Talent ID Award and strong knowledge and experience of the football industry in a similar or related role. Having a clear understanding of an Academy system and the recruitment of players would be essential as well! If you have a FA Safeguarding Children Workshop Certificate or FA Coaching in Football Certificate, this would be great, but is not a prerequisite.
