Purpose: The Lead Academy Goalkeeping Coach plays a crucial role in the coaching and development of Goalkeepers within the academy. This position requires a deep understanding of Goalkeeping specific coaching and development principles, as well as the ability to design and implement comprehensive Goalkeeping coaching sessions that align with the developmental needs of youth Goalkeepers.

Lead in the delivery of all academy Goalkeeper development. Ensuring Goalkeeper development sessions for all ages groups are specific and individualised where possible.
Design and implement Goalkeeper coaching programmes.
Record and analyse all Goalkeeper training sessions and provide appropriate feedback.
Collaboration with Coaching Staff.
Goalkeeping Coach Mens Reserve Team.
Research and Innovation.
Leadership and Mentorship.
Requirements of the Role:
Oceania/NZF ‘C Licence Goalkeeping Coaching Badge or equivalent.
NZ Youth Level 2 as a minimum but NZ Youth Level 3 preferred or overseas equivalent.
First Aid Certificate.
Full Drivers Licence.
Ability to work Monday to Sunday (subject to the requirement of the business).
Experience in designing and implementing Goalkeeper coaching programs guided by best practice youth development principles.
