Overall Purpose of Job
To provide high quality administrative support across the work of the wellbeing and protection team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Work closely with the Child Wellbeing and Protection Officer to respond to support enquiries from Scottish FA members related to wellbeing and protection.
Work closely with the Wellbeing and Protection Education Officer to provide administration of the training courses offered within the Scottish FA and its members, including the circulation of pre-course information and ensuring that attendance records are completed.
Respond to general telephone and email enquiries from Scottish FA members, members of the public and partner organisations ensuring that an appropriate response is given timeously and accurately
Support individuals to book and complete wellbeing and protection education courses, including by eLearning.
Minute meetings as required.
Assist with special projects in the Wellbeing and Protection team as required.
Any other reasonable duties as required and as directed by the Child Wellbeing and Protection Officer or Head of Wellbeing and Protection.

The Kickstart Scheme provides 6 months of pay to 16 to 24 year olds, payment of 25 hours per week at National Minimum Wage.
