ROLE DESCRIPTION
NFF AKERSHUS is one of 18 football circles directly subordinate to the NFF. We organize football activities in parts of Akershus county, and today consist of approx. 60 active clubs with around 20,000 members. We have 9.6 full-time employees. NFF Akershus has a turnover of approx. NOK 13.7 million and has offices at Idrettens Hus, Strømmen.
The position is challenging and independent, and places high demands on commitment and good professional knowledge. Our new employee will be our professional manager for club development, and will be an important contributor to the implementation of various development initiatives aimed at the club, including the NFF Quality Club, organizational and management training and course activities. You will be part of a forward-leaning and development-oriented team in the football circle. A good part of the working time will be in the afternoon and at the weekend, because that is when the volunteers are active.

Work assignments
Professional leader for club development
- Head of department for club development in own circle
- Senior admin. responsible for all club development initiatives in own circle
- Responsible for specifying qualitative and quantitative objectives, based on national guidelines, for club development in own circle
- Reports and follows professional guidelines laid down NFF and Professional Club Development Officer
Strategically responsible for operational work
- Recruit and develop operational guidance staff for club and leadership development
- Close formal and informal dialogue with the circle's clubs
Part of a National Team
- Presence at professional meetings
- Participating and available for pilot and project work aimed at club development
Qualifications
Good knowledge of quality clubs and football's organisation
Good relational skills
Competence and experience from club operations and development processes
Good digital skills
Good oral and written communication
Relevant education/experience
Personal characteristics
Great work capacity and execution ability.
