Role description

We are looking forJunior Venue Analysttocontribute to both project and data support within the Ticketing & Venue Strategy team, whilst also supporting wider projects across the Venue department.Who we are

Your day-to-day

Providing regular project coordination support for all strategic venue projects.
Supporting the delivery of venue data file outputs (including and not limited to meeting business data structure requirements, data cleansing and data quality checking).
Providing data outputs to internal stakeholders according to their specified requirements.
Interrogating and validating data held in the ticketing system, identifying, and resolving potential data issues.
Providing data and operational support to the stadium access function when required.
Supporting the reporting function of the venue department and working with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and insightful reporting that reflects the department objectives and requirements.
Assisting with the planning and coordination of user testing, issue capture and resolution when required for key venue related projects.
Understanding and proposing enhancements to business processes as they relate to a potential change or transformation.
Identifying areas to increase efficiency and automate processes across the department.

PleaseNote: The Junior Venue Analyst will also have home matchday responsibilities, which may include leading or supporting the briefing and monitoring of casual matchday staff to ensure smooth stadium ingress and resolution of any ad hoc issues.


What we are looking for

Demonstrable experience of having worked with complex data sets / structures.
Must have excellent attention to detail especially around numerate tasks; able to process large volumes of data, whilst carrying out multiple tasks accurately following business guidelines.
High level knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, in particular Excel and PowerPoint (including knowledge of complex Formulas, Vlookup and Pivot Tables within Excel).
Project Management experience (Desirable).
Experience using Tableau (Desirable).
Reacts quickly and flexibly to changing event, operational conditions and demands.
Maintains a can-do attitude and positive outlook where there may be conflicting priorities and strives to deliver on time and in compliance with operational procedures.
Skilled communicator, able to liaise with internal colleagues across a number of teams/departments and ensures that requirements are understood.
Ability to prioritise tasks appropriately with minimal supervision / direction.
Knowledge of analytical tools and frameworks, including issue identification, data gathering and research, enabling end-to-end problem-solving.
Willingness to learn and support on a range of commercial and operational projects, demonstrating flexibility.
