The Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for a methodical IT Technician at a pivotal time of transition and change for Burnley Football Club.

The Person

Are you a somewhat proactive person that wants to be respected for your knowledge, single focus and attention span? Come and join our team as an IT Technician as we begin an exciting journey to grow our Technology within Burnley Football Club.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in operating systems and have familiarity with computer hardware components.

Role Expectations

As the IT Technician, you will be expected to:
Hardware Maintenance: Perform hardware installations, upgrades, and repairs as necessary. This includes but is not limited to desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Software Support: Assist clients with software installations, updates and configuration adjustments. Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues.
