About The Role

LCFC are excited to be recruiting for an International Scout, based in Germany, to be part of the Club’s expanding recruitment team. The brilliant opportunity will offer an experienced scout the opportunity to directly influence and positively affect the Club’s recruitment strategy through the identification and monitoring of players that could be recruited by the Club.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have significant experience of working in an elite scouting environment and be able to utilise extensive knowledge of elite football to identify talent via live and video scouting, in line with the Club’s recruitment strategy and needs.

Utilising video-based scouting software such as Wyscout and Instat, the successful candidate will be required to maintain a monitoring list of players that have been identified, and be comfortable presenting detailed reports, market intelligence, and recommendations to the Head of Recruitment.

Being a representative of the Club overseas, the successful candidate will demonstrate honesty, integrity and the highest levels of professionalism at all times, as well as maintaining a friendly demeanour when interacting with anyone in a professional capacity. Due to the location of the role, they will be capable of working under their own initiative, in an organised and considered way, whilst also having the flexibility to work in evenings and weekends as required.
