Hours: Full Time 37.5 hours per week 08:30-17:00 (Core hours 1000-1600, flexible on start and finish times if required)
Contract Type: Permanent

Are you an engaging Internal Communications Manager looking for their next innovative role?
What will you be doing?
You’ll be working within the Club’s HR team and will be responsible for developing and delivering our internal communications strategy and producing engaging content that informs, inspires and motivates our employees across multiple sites.
This is an exciting opportunity to join as we are launching a new Club intranet, so you will have the opportunity to help shape the platform and create content that showcases our achievements and provides informative updates to staff on a range of topics and really engages our workforce.
Is this you?
If you have previous experience working in internal communications for a high-profile business, and enjoy producing engaging content and understand the work ethic required for working within a fast-paced environment, then you’ll know what it takes. You love to be creative, collaborative and think outside the box. You’ll also be an excellent communicator and thrive on building relationships with stakeholders at all levels from across the Club to really understand the needs of different departments and the stories worth sharing.
A successful track record of delivering internal communications in an informative but engaging way.
System administration – Be confident picking up new systems in order to publish content and design intranet pages that are accessible.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent organisational skills. Must be able to prioritise work-load especially at busy times.
Strong relationship builder able to engage with staff across a range of departments and levels.
