Inclusion Coach (M/F/X)



THIS WILL BE YOUR FUNCTION



As an Inclusion Coach , you give workshops to various football players about our plan against discrimination and racism on and off the football field. You play an important role in conveying the Come Together message throughout Belgium. This means that you use the necessary know-how and expertise to discuss the topic of diversity and inclusion. Your role is to sensitize the participants in the workshops about their own prejudices and how they can deal with them. This workshop is part of the Come Together project for a more inclusive football climate.

The following tasks are part of your duties:

You give workshops to football players (clubs, trainers, players, referees) all over Belgium;
You provide a safe, inclusive and pleasant environment, where everyone has the opportunity to be heard;
You give place to interactions and guide them in a constructive way;
You contact the person responsible to agree on practical matters;
You bring participants to self-reflection and insight;
You keep an eye on the time and respect the agreed timing;
You collect feedback about the session.


DO YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF IN THIS PROFILE?

You have experience in giving and supervising workshops;
Preferably you have completed your studies in a social field or equivalent through work experience;
You have already come into contact with the themes of inclusion & diversity;
You are able to take the necessary distance during the exchanges that are encouraged and build bridges where possible;
You have good presentation skills and convey the Come Together workshop in an enthusiastic and dynamic way;
You have a driving license B and can easily travel throughout the country.


Your language skills

You have a perfect command of Dutch and/or French.


Your personality

You have a pedagogical approach;
You have strong communication skills;
You are open-minded and have a listening ear;
You have a flexible attitude (in terms of hours and workplace);
You attach great importance to service and integrity;
You carry and spread our Come Together values.
