 Chicago Fire Football Club is seeking a Human Resources Intern to join our team! Chicago Fire FC's 2022 Summer Internship program begins on May 23rd, 2022 and will conclude on August 5th, 2022. 
Job Responsibilities:·         Assists with the recruitment process for assigned positions which will include posting requisitions, sourcing and prescreening candidates, scheduling interviews, and creating offer letters.·         Helps support the new hire onboarding process by reviewing background checks, creating employee personnel files, organizing welcome baskets, and planning first-day itineraries.  ·         Support the HR department with planning, implementing, and maintaining administrative processes, communications, and procedures.·         Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of Human Resource files and records.·         Assists with planning and execution of employee engagement activities, and employee recognition.·         Project work could include working on recruitment and hiring processes, DEI related initiatives, and development of organizational internship program. ·         Assists with making updates in the HRIS. ·         Maintains a strong customer service attitude, enhancing employee relations and providing excellent service to internal and external personnel.·         Performs other tasks and projects as assigned. Qualifications:-          Obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or other related field -          Fully Vaccinated for COVID-19-          Proficient in Microsoft Office -          Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal-          Ability to work autonomously and use excellent judgment in escalating issues to supervisors-          Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, high-performing work environment
