ROLE DESCRIPTION

THE POSITION



These are your key tasks:

Managing and monitoring hospitality rights delivery to FIFA Affiliates, including coordinating workshops, food tastings, 1-1 meetings, on-site contractual asset delivery monitoring, programme concept development, planning and implementation, budgeting, etc.
Ensure close collaboration between the FIFA Hospitality department and all relevant departments to ensure the delivery of the hospitality services to the FIFA Affiliates, at the highest quality level
Manage and coordinate promotional activities of FIFA Hospitality Programme, ensuring the coordination of internal and external stakeholders
Lead hospitality market research initiatives
Management of rights delivery to the Hospitality delivery partner and worldwide official sales agents
Verify and ensure the compliant use of the Event Marks by the hospitality partner, sales agents and FIFA Affiliates linked to the promotion of the FIFA Hospitality Programme, including managing the approval processes for the use of Event Marks
Hospitality Venue management responsibilities during the FIFA tournaments, when required
Supporting the FIFA Hospitality strategy implementation across FIFA events




YOUR PROFILE

A minimum of 8 years' experience in the major event hospitality industry and/or sponsorship management, preferably at world class sport events
Strong and proven history in servicing large brands within a rights holder environment
University degree in event management, hospitality, marketing or related field, preferably with a Master degree.
Experience leading projects and managing large teams
Client focused, with a proven track record of successfully managing major brands relationships and activation
Attention to detail
Self-starter and able to work independently, including simultaneously across multiple time-zones
Fluent in English, any other FIFA language is an asset
