Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Football Coach at 971
Football Academy in Dubai. The Head Football Coach will be responsible for overseeing daily coaching activities, designing training programs, leading and motivating players, and ensuring the overall development of the team.
Qualifications and required skills
• Football Coaching and Training skills
• Ex professional player (England, Spain, Germany, Italy and/or France)
• Experience in Coaching and Football
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong leadership and motivational abilities
• Ability to work well with young players and coaches
• Experience in developing and implementing training programs
• Passion for youth development in football
• UEFA B license minimum
