ROLE DESCRIPTION

Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Soccer Coach at Force Football Academy located in Al Qasim, Saudi Arabia. The Head Soccer Coach will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the soccer program, including planning and implementing training sessions, developing game strategies, and organizing team activities. The coach will also be responsible for mentoring and motivating players, as well as communicating with parents and other team staff.


Qualifications


Soccer Coaching and Football skills
Excellent communication and coaching skills
Experience in education and player development



Additional skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for the role include:



Experience playing or coaching at a high level
Knowledge of various coaching methodologies and techniques
Certifications in coaching or sports science
Fluency in multiple languages
