To lead the club’s recruitment department reporting to the director of football to effectively execute the club's recruitment philosophy for the benefit of Lincoln City. The head of recruitment will play a crucial role in the identification, monitoring, and execution of targeted players, providing critical insight for the development and advancement of the recruitment department.
