As an Academy Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and nurturing young football talents who have the potential to thrive in our academy environment. Your primary duties will include:
Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent locally, nationally, and internationally.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with youth football clubs, coaches, and talent scouts to identify prospective players.
Evaluating player performance and potential through scouting events, matches, and video analysis.
Conducting player assessments and interviews to determine suitability for the academy program.
Collaborating with the coaching staff to ensure seamless integration of recruited players into the academy setup.
Knowledge of Global Youth Football Systems, Grassroots and Professional.
Passion for football and a deep understanding of player development pathways.
Proven experience in talent identification and recruitment within the football industry, preferably at the youth level.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to travel for scouting purposes as required.
