Lead on the delivery of the elite medical and performance service for the Women’s and Girls’ Programme
We are looking for a proven leader to come and manage the delivery of clinical excellence within the Medical Services Department and have overall clinical responsibility for the general health, nutrition and wellbeing of players. You will provide impactful thought leadership to the performance, medical, and nutrition teams, on relatable trends and initiatives. This role will require you to be innovative and lead in the research of medical and performance support services. You will line manage and support our women’s medical provision, including our Club Doctor and our strength and conditioning team.
 
Your medical and performance background
The successful candidate must have extensive experience in and knowledge of medicine and performance in elite sport. It is essential that you are an excellent leader with the ability to manage a group of specialists, support their growth and enable their strengths. For this role it is essential that you hold a MSc or above in Sports Medicine, Physiotherapy or Sports Science (or equivalent).
