About the role
Were looking for a talented Head of Partnership Services to build and lead the Partnership Services team to support the Club deliver its partnership strategy. The role, and team, will be critical in supporting the sales and partner marketing team by researching and prospecting potential commercial partnerships through a creative, data and insights approach. Leading on developing and embedding the strategic approach and process in relation to researching prospects, categories and market trends. You will utilise your skills and experience gained at a senior level to translate these findings into best-in-class presentations and proposals for potential partners.
Your impact
You will have an aptitude for translating data and insights into storytelling and have a great understanding of digital, data and reporting landscape associated with partnership development. As such you will have extensive experience in researching and indentifying commercial opportunities professional sporting environment.
You will have a degree (or equivalent experience) in a related discipline and possess analytical skills gained in a commercial / sales environment. You will be experienced in managing multiple stakeholders up to c-suite level.
Leadership experience in a sporting environment is essential, preferably you will have experience of setting up a department, developing and implementing systems and processes. This is a brilliant opportunity to utilise skills and experience gained in a similar strategic level role to create a brand new offering for the club.
You will be a great motivator and have significant experience of inspiring managers and team members to deliver high quality outputs at pace.
About the team
Reporting into Jonathan, our Director of Partnerships, you will work closely with our Head of Partner Marketing and Commercial Development Manager, you will be responsible for building a team to provide best in class support in delivering our strategic goals.
