An exciting opportunity has become available for a strategic and creative marketing professional at a pivotal time of transition and change for Burnley Football Club.
The Head of Marketing will oversee the full range of marketing mix for Burnley FC across platforms and channels. The primary objective of the role is to grow and engage a fanbase whatever the nature of their relationship to the club. That might be through an incredible season ticket renewal campaign, a local/regional/global brand campaign, an innovative kit launch, or personalising emails to match vs. individual fan requirements.
The role works closely with other members of the media & marketing team, which spans marketing / CRM, video content, social media, communications and esports. The role also works closely with other departments across the entire aspect of the club, including ticketing, hospitality, retail, operations.

Reporting to the COO, the successful candidate will be an excellent communicator (both written and verbal) with the ability to lead and support a broad series of tasks, execute on short and long-term projects and always look for where progress can next be found.
The ideal candidate will also be a dynamic, organised and confident professional who has the ability to manage a creative team.
