ROLE DESCRIPTION

MyGamePlan is looking for a Head of Football. At MyGamePlan, we support professional teams like Sunderland AFC, Luton Town, Preston North End, CD Castellón and many more to support decisions based on data. Our main focus is to help a professional football team to support their player development with data, evaluate their performance, find strengths and weaknesses of the opponent and link their player profiles to transfer targets.
We are looking for a senior expert with working experience at a club who will lead our connection with clients and internal decision making related to football. If you have a relevant network with clubs, players agents, a proven track record, and a strong ambition to grow, read along!
As a Head of Football at MyGamePlan, you will

Help clubs to support their decisions with MyGamePlan
Help to shape our company vision and direction
Approach your football network to increase MyGamePlan’s clientbase
Work on increasing value for our existing clients and new prospects
Report to the company founders and investors

We would love to hear from you if you

Have more than 15 years of a proven track record in the football industry
Worked in a senior role at a football team
Speak fluent English and Spanish (any other language helps of course)
Have a passion for football, analytics player development

Bonus points, if you

Have a UEFA coaching license
A Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business, Sports Management or related field.
