About the job
At Right to Dream Egypt, we have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Coaching & Individual Player Development (football related/pitch orientated) to join our team.

As the 'Head of Coaching & Individual Player Development' you’ll be overseeing and guiding the development of all RTD coaches and players on an individual (football) level within our RTD style of play and methodology.

You’ll be responsible for the academy training curriculum and periodization in close cooperation with the academy Technical Director. Additionally, you’ll be planning and delivering local coaching clinics and workshops in Egypt.


Set up periodization meetings bi-weekly.
Set up style of play meetings monthly.
Daily planning meetings ahead of training including coordination with specialists.
Observe and supervise daily training sessions and give feedback.
Optimize the individual player development programs/evaluations clarifying all age-related methodologies
Develop and execute individual development plans for all coaches to ensure the progress and coach development.
Observe and supervise games on a weekly basis.


Design and execute individual player development training sessions + organize/execute individual player analysis on video (feedback)
Take some training sessions to show best practice and give inspiration to the coaches and the environment.
Travel to Denmark, Ghana and USA to cooperate with other RTD HoC sharing experiences benchmarking internally.
Work with IA head coach to prepare the upcoming possible players to join IA.
Follow the trends of the international game to bring new knowledge and ideas into to the academy.


The role reports to academy Technical Director on a daily basis.
The role acts within the culture, tradition and history of the RTD club/academies and will through this inspire, guide, systemize and show best practice.
The role will be closely connected to Group Head of Football in terms of implementing the global football RTD strategy locally.

Holds a minimum UEFA A-license.
Has experience mentoring young players.
Has a solid youth coaching background at elite level.
Has a wider background from university as well.
Used to working in a structured manner with planning, processes, evaluations, and structured interviews.
Speaks fluent English.
Has cultural experiences learning to adapt and operate in different environments.
