As Head of Operations at RSCA Academy, you are part of the Academy Management Group and are responsible for:

the day-to-day operations around RSCA Academy (U8-U23)
the integration of operational tasks in RSCA Academy
the implementation of IT tools to optimize daily operations
logistical solutions within RSCA Academy, including transportation of players
the purchase of soccer equipment for RSCA Academy
the travel planning of different teams within RSCA Academy
the field planning within RSCA Academy (which teams train when on which pitch)
all kinds of practical matters for the teams such as washing club clothes, team sheets, etc.
eligibility of players in RSCA Academy (obtaining and releasing player certificate, etc.)
accommodation and accommodation for academy players and staff, including follow-ups with parents and coaches together with the Head of Football
the integration of new players into the RSCA Academy, together with the Head of Talent & Innovation and Head of Education & Wellbeing.

To accomplish this, you will report to the Academy Director and work closely with the Operation team, where they count on you for:

outlining the strategy to be followed
their own development plan and follow up
weekly team meetings and consultations
