Head of training methodology for the Football Academy
HEAD OF ACADEMY METHODOLOGY AND COACHING
Knowledge Required:
A Record of developing professional club National Team methods.
Proven track record of working within a high performance environment.
Strong identification with long-term player development and player pathways from youth to professional level.
Basic requirements:
UEFA or AFC Pro License.
Excellent English Language spoken and
written.
Required knowledge:
A proven record of experience in developing professional training methodologies in clubs or teams.
A proven record of field experience working in a high-level performance environment.
Strong knowledge of the player development path from the academy until reaching the first team.
Basic requirement:
Asian or European professional training license
UEFA or AFC PRO LICENSE
Excellent English language, spoken and written.
