FFG Maldon are looking for a Head Coach to lead our Girls development sessions for school years U8-U12 in Heybridge and surrounding areas. A fantastic opportunity for someone ambitious/enthusiastic and has a love for the beautiful game…

Location: Heybridge (Essex)

Hours: Monday 5pm-7pm (More hours available on request)

Start Date: January 2024

Job Types: Part-time, contract

Salary: £18.00-£23.00 per hour

Bonus: Referral Bonus*

Uniform: Full FFG Tracksuit provided

Maintain effective communications between player, parent/guardian and venue
Inform the Academy Manager of any potential ‘Elite’ players within your Development classes. Provide a safe, competitive and engaging environment for the development of all Development players.
Manage the provision of termly player feedback to encourage additional skill and technique development.
Encourage players to work to their full potential; encouraging and mentoring players to believe in themselves and exceed expectations. Available in the evenings (Days available on request)
reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Work authorisation: United Kingdom (required)
Minimum UEFA C – Essential
1/2 Year Experience working in Sport Development – Essential
First Aid (minimum IFiF level) – Essential
Safeguarding - Essential

We are recruiting part-time coaches for regular weekly football and futsal development training with the possibility of extending this in to some school work during the day and holiday camps.
