Role description

The intended selection for the 2023|2024 season will mainly consist of players who have grown up at BFC itself. The relatively young and ambitious group of players asks for a trainer with the capabilities and motivation to make her even better.

In the current, ongoing football year, BFC1 has a high ranking in the Saturday 2nd division in West 1. The aim of the association is to promote to the 1st division and then to settle there structurally. The promotion of youth players trained at BFC is central to the job description of the new trainer. Plus managing the first team coaching staff. The trainer will also have to understand the importance of optimal cooperation between the senior and youth departments.

Naturally, the trainer is also given the opportunity to further develop himself.
