This is a great opportunity for an experienced football coach (Minimum UEFA B/ L3) to join our team in Dubai. Managing the Pay to Play Manchester City Football School in Dubai, UAE, you will be at the forefront of the program and a role model for all players and staff, ensuring the coaching programme is delivered to Manchester City FC standards.

Your Impact
To ensure all the Manchester City coaching philosophy, methodology and principles are incorporated into the delivery of the program
To effectively communicate with all key stakeholders. Players, Families, Coaches, Management and Partners
Plan and implement the football coaching syllabus to support player development
Plan and deliver the annual calendar in cooperation with all key stakeholders
To create relationships with key organisations of whom the program will encounter
To hold regular development updates with staff (including IDP’s)
To plan, implement and manage growth in participation as well as identify opportunities
To plan and deliver a competitive games program both locally and Internationally
To coordinate a plan of content to capture all key milestones of the program
To work collaboratively as part of a team in ensuring the project is delivered to the required levels and expectations
To work to set commercial targets and share updates and reports weekly, monthly and annually
To communicate and provide proactive project updates to senior stakeholders
What we are looking for
Essential
UEFA B License (Level 3)
Demonstrable, proven success in delivering Commercial Player Development Programmes
FA Youth coaching award or education in football development
Higher Education in Sports, Coaching or Teaching
Coach Education Award or equivalent Teaching assessment Qualifications Essential
Sports Education or management equivalent Qualification Essential
Member of a governing FA
To have flexibility to travel when required to support projects
To communicate in a variety of settings such as informal, formal, individual or groups
Ability to understand and implement your own development plan
The ability to lead, communicate and develop relationships with players, coaches, parents and Key Business stakeholders.
To have the ability to manage, develop and mentor individual coaches that are part of a team.
To have experience in developing players of varying ages and abilities including reviewing and evaluating individuals
The ability to create a positive working environment that represents Manchester City To have experience implementing and developing a football coaching syllabus internationally
To understand player pathways and the development process of players
To adapt in different coaching environments when delivering
To have experience working with players from varying backgrounds and cultures
To have some experience working with a variety of levels in players including adults
To demonstrate experience in working with and without translators in delivery of sessions
To have experience in working with international players of different ages from different ability levels
To have the ability to plan, organise, and develop different types of football programs including trips & tours
