To manage all on and off field football activities for the Club’s Women’s Team to ensure that all players and staff are provided with coaching and support to enable them to compete and perform professionally at the highest level.
A. Candidate must possess at least a AFC ‘B’/UEFA ‘C’ Licence.
B. AFC ‘A’ Licence will be favourably considered.
To train and develop team players to play an attractive and high standard of football with the Club’s football philosophy in FAS Women’s Premier League (WPL) competitions/games which the Club participates in.
To develop a competitive squad of Women's Team players with a desire to succeed to their fullest potential.
In partnership with the Club’s management, ensure that all Women's Team squad expenditure falls within the allocated annual budget.
To advise Club management on FAS Women's Premier League competition rules, player registration regulations and updates. Represent the Club at relevant Women’s Premier League Competition meetings.
To attend and conduct all training sessions and matches played by the Women's Team.
Manage backroom staff/coaches to implement a quality training programme and ensure players are prepared to the highest standard.
To work closely with the Club's Head Coach (First Team) to ensure strict adherence to the required high standards of coaching delivery across the Women's Team and youth (girls) teams, so as to achieve specific tactical and technical proficiency for the purpose of creating a clear and consistent development pathway for youth trainees to the Women's Team.
Formal monitoring, evaluation and appraisal of the Club’s women’s players and coaches performances.
Ensure adherence to Club Code of Conduct and Respect guidelines.
To work with Operations Manager on all appropriate team administration.
Extend to Club Management reports as and when requested by Club Management.
To participate as deciding member of the Club’s Football Committee on recruitment of players and coaches.
To scout for talented and suitable players for Club
To be a role model and ambassador for the Club, demonstrate and uphold the professional values, ethos and reputation of the Club.
To cooperate with the Club’s Media Relations Dept to promote and enhance commercialization of the Club.
Undertake all reasonable tasks assigned.
