At FC Midtjylland, the focus is on individual development and the club's young players. Now the club is looking for a head coach who has a great interest and dedication to the game of football and the development of young people in the U13-U15 segment.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The job will involve a head coaching role in the U13-U15 segment. The exact scope will be specified in a possible conversation.

The head coach has a close collaboration with partly the free school Guldminen in Ikast and partly the Brændgårdskolen's talent classes in Herning. At the same time, you will have a strong team around you with talented colleagues with different skills.

As a head coach, you must, among other things, coordinate daily life in close cooperation with our Head of Coaching and Head of Individual Development, as well as be ultimately responsible for the respective cohort for both matches and training.

YOUR PROFILE
Extensive experience in the U13-U15 segment
Strong communication skills with both adults and children
Has a burning desire to contribute to the development of U13-U15 for a number of years
You contribute constructively to FCM's values ​​and culture
