London Seaward Football Club (LSFC) is an independent women’s football club playing in the FA Women’s National League (fourth tier of the pyramid). We pride ourselves on being an inclusive and diverse club, with players and volunteers from a wide range of backgrounds.


The Roles



London Seaward are recruiting for:


Head Coach (Reserves)
Additional coaching roles (first team & reserves)


Coaches in these roles will join our existing coaching team and be heavily involved in training and matchday activities.


Key responsibilities



Head Coach Reserves: Lead on tactics and coaching for the reserves
Head Coach Reserves: Work with the Technical Director and Head Coaches, as required, to establish playing philosophy and stye, and develop this on the pitch
Head Coach Reserves: Assist in recruiting players as required, and identifying reserve team players to develop in the reserves.
All coaches: Oversee coaching, ensuring that club objectives around individual player and team coaching are met.
All coaches: Plan and deliver high-quality coaching sessions and exercises. Both individually and in collaboration with other coaching staff.
All coaches: Attend matches and lead on-pitch activities, including tactics, selection and substitutions.
All coaches: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of club kit and equipment at matches as required.
All coaches: Provide interviews and programme copy as required to support club promotional and marketing material.


Minimum qualifications



FA Level 1 Award / UEFA C
FA Emergency First Aid (or a commitment to undertake)
FA Safeguarding Certificate (or a commitment to undertake)
Enhanced DBS check (or a commitment to undertake)
