Position Summary

Applications are invited for consideration for the position of Head Women's Soccer Coach.

This is a part-time position responsible for all aspects of leading an NCAA Division III program.

Applications are invited for consideration for the position of Head Coach at Yeshiva University. This is a part-time position responsible for all aspects of leading an NCAA Division III program.

Position Responsibilities
Recruitment of prospective student-athletes, running of practice sessions, game preparation, supervision of assistants, scheduling, purchasing of equipment, student-athlete development, and monitoring the academic status of student-athletes.
The head coach will also be responsible for working with athletics staff to support and uphold the philosophy, goals and mission of both the university and the YU athletics program.
Experience & Education Background:
A commitment to knowledge of NCAA Division III rules and regulations.
A minimum two years of collegiate coaching experience preferred, or three years at the high school or club level.
A commitment to working closely with the department’s recruiting coordinator on identifying and building relationships with Yeshiva High School and international recruits.
Describe the critical skills and proficiencies necessary to succeed in this position (e.g., technical skills, communication / writing skills, etc).
Skills & Competencies:
Demonstrated ability to establish good rapport and effective working relationships with student-athletes, coaches, staff, and alumni.
Ability to work nights, weekends and maintain a flexible work schedule.
