Job Summary
The NDC, under the supervision of FAS, aims to develop future Singapore National Team players who will not only represent Singapore but also raise the level of our National Teams.
As Head of the National Development Centre, you will lead a dynamic team of coaches responsible for the delivery of an elite level in this footballing journey.
In this role, you will:
Produce a coaching program for implementation by all age groups aimed at ensuring young players develop the technical/tactical skills required to implement the FAS National Playing Philosophy
Take the lead in implementing strategies aimed at achieving the long-term objectives of the NDC
Oversee the design and delivery of coaching sessions by NDC coaches
Work with coaches to ensure optimum match-day performance from all teams
Job Requirements
Experience in working with potentially elite young players in the U12 to U16 age range at both a professional level and, ideally, with National Youth Teams
Asian Football Confederation (AFC) A Licence or equivalent
Valid National Registry of Coaches (NROC) membership preferred
Worked in a high-performance/elite football environment and experience in leading a team
High level of communication skills (written spoken)
Adequate presentation skills and IT knowledge
Good team player who can work on their own initiative
Present a good role model for players/other coaches
