Chicago Fire Football Club is seeking a Guest Experience Intern to join our team! 
Job Responsibilities:-          Track fan feedback trends and service shop reports-          Assist with our employee reward and recognition program -          Research customer service and engagement initiatives -          Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Fan Experience -          Demonstrate the ability to deliver exceptional customer service to all fans and staff-          Uphold the Guest Experience standards set by Chicago Fire FC-          Demonstrate flexibility and creative problem-solving skills-          Direct fans around the stadium and answer questions and ensure all fan needs are met-          Proactively greet fans with a friendly smile and positive attitude -          Handle complaints and collect feedback -          Distribute giveaways and perform operational tasks as requested/needed-          Inspect assigned work area prior to and during the event, looking for safety hazards, facility issues, housekeeping needs and immediately report any concerns-          Monitor seating areas and concourse for opportunities to create positive lasting memories for our guests Qualifications:-          Obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Sports Management -          Fully Vaccinated for COVID-19-          Proficient in Microsoft Office -          Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal-          Ability to work autonomously and use excellent judgment in escalating issues to supervisors-          Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, high-performing work environment
