FC Honka is looking for a full-time age group manager for the children's sports phase for its coaching team for the 2024–2025 season

FC Honga's children's sports phase includes the U6–U11 age groups. We are looking for a new full-time employee for our coaching team, boys U10–U11. The job description of the age group manager for the children's sports phase includes managing the sports activities of the age group being coached and coaching the age group teams.

The key duties of a full-time employee in the children's sports phase:

Coaching work 25 hours/week
Design work 10h/week
Management of voluntary work 5 hours/week

Pedagogical training and competence
Experience in coaching players in the children's sports phase
Excellent interaction skills with players and parents
High motivation for Finnish junior player development
