Job Title: Grassroot Scout Coordinator  
Employer: Brighton and Hove Albion Football Club
Location: American Express Elite Football Performance Centre, Lancing.
Hours: 35 hours per week
Job Type: Permanent

Play a leading role in the club’s pursuit of elite local players
This includes making decisions on which players to pursue, strategize the best approach and engaging with other football club’s about player availability. You will work on developing relationships with elite and grassroot clubs in the local area and within a 90 minute radius of our training ground. Part of the role will include coordinating our local scouting network, ensuring regular feed for each development centre and the pre-academy.
 
Your scouting background
The post holder will hold a minimum Talent ID Level 2 qualification and a valid membership with to FACA. The post holder will have extensive knowledge and experience of the football industry and the professional game in a similar or related role.  You will have a high understanding of talent identification, scouting and recruitment at academy level.
