To strengthen the Sports Department, we are looking for a motivated



Goalkeeper coach U21 (M/F/X)



THIS WILL BE YOUR JOB

As a Goalkeeper Coach you work under the guidance of the U21 Head Coach with the aim of having the talented goalkeepers present perform at top level in order to achieve sporting results.

In your capacity as Goalkeeper Coach U21 you will perform the following tasks:

You closely follow the goalkeepers who qualify for the U21 and watch their matches on the spot or via wide angle. You register the scouting reports on an online platform;
You maintain close contact with the clubs where the U21 goalkeepers are active in order to make optimal use of the potential of the goalkeepers together;
You are in close contact with the Goalkeeper Coach of the Red Devils to optimally guide our talented keepers;
You have insight into international trends in goalkeeping at any time and you use this knowledge to bring the goalkeepers to the highest level;
You are in close contact with the Goalkeeper Coordinator to monitor the common thread around goalkeeper training;
You guide the goalkeepers during activities with individual training, coach them during collective training and provide individual video analyses;
You use your expertise in set plays in consultation with the assistant coaches and the analyst.


DO YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF IN THIS PROFILE?

You have at least a UEFA A diploma and a goalkeeper coach Pro;
You manage to guide a goalkeeper to a match in the right mindset;
You are an experienced goalkeeper trainer with an eye for detail;
You know the well-known office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
You preferably have knowledge of video analysis applications;
You hold a driver's license and you own a car.
Your language skills

You speak fluent Dutch or French with a good knowledge of the other national language. English is a plus.
