THIS WILL BE YOUR JOB

You will be admitted to the KBVB Football Department under the guidance of the Technical Sports Director and the Red Flames Head Coach.

As a Goalkeeper Coach you work under the guidance of the Red Flames Head Coach with the aim of enabling the present talented keepers to perform at the highest level in order to achieve sporting results.

In your capacity as Goalkeeper Coach Red Flames you will perform the following tasks:

You closely follow the goalkeepers who qualify for the Red Flames and follow their matches on site or via wide angle. You register the scouting reports on an online platform;
You maintain close contact with the clubs where the goalkeepers of the Red Flames are active in order to optimally use the potential of the goalkeepers;
You support the keepers where possible through individual feedback and individual video analyses;
You have an overview of international trends in goalkeeping at all times and you use this knowledge to bring the goalkeepers to the highest level;
You are in close contact with the Goalkeeper Coordinator to monitor the common thread surrounding goalkeeper training;
You closely follow the development of the goalkeepers WU17, WU19 and WU23 and you are in close consultation with the Goalkeeper Coaches WU17, WU19 and WU23;
You guide the keepers during activities with individual training sessions, you coach them during collective training sessions and you provide individual video analyses;
You use your expertise in set plays in consultation with the assistant coaches and the Set Play Analyst.


DO YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF IN THIS PROFILE?

You hold at least the UEFA B diploma;
You hold at least the level 2 goalkeeper trainer diploma;
You manage to guide a goalkeeper to a match in the right mindset;
You have the ability to keep challenging the second, third and fourth goalkeepers to do better;
You are an experienced goalkeeper trainer (min. 5 years experience at elite level) or adult football at national level);
You can work well with the office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
You preferably have knowledge of video analysis applications;
You hold a driver's license and you own a car.
Your language skills

You speak fluent Dutch or French with a good knowledge of the other national language. English is a plus.
