About the job

The ideal candidate is someone with background in goalkeeper coaching. The person will be responsible for developing a group of youth goalkeepers across various age group in an academy in line with FootballPlus’ value-based curriculum.
Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the goalkeeper coach include:
· Design and implement training plans tailored for youth goalkeepers.
· Adapt sessions to cater to youth players, ensuring a progressive learning environment.
· Collaborate with the head coach to integrate goalkeeper training within the team's overall training plans
· Coordinate drills that simulate game scenarios to enhance goalkeeper performance during matches.

· Provide insights and recommendations for goalkeeper improvement based on game analysis.
· Undertake duties as assigned by the head coach related to goalkeeper coaching and team support.
Requirement

· FAS Level 1 Goalkeeper Certification or any other related qualifications
· National Registry of Coaches (NROC) Certified
· First Aid Certification
