Magic United TFA is a Gold Coast-based football club catering to boys and girls from pre-foundation to senior teams. With an emphasis on individual player and team development, all Magic teams are coached by professional coaches. Potential players at all skill levels are welcome to join, with opportunities available in our FQ Academy 2 teams for those who show potential.


Role Description

The Girls Program Soccer coach role at Magic United TFA is a contract position that requires an on-site presence in Gold Coast, QLD. As a Girls Program Soccer coach, your day-to-day tasks will include coaching the 1 or 2 girls' teams, conducting training sessions and match days, developing game plans, fostering player development, and maintaining a safe and inclusive team environment.


Qualifications

Minimum of a Level 1 coaching license (or equivalent)
Experience coaching soccer, preferably at the club or representative level.
Detailed understanding of player development and the ability to tailor training to individual and team needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
Demonstrated ability to foster a safe, inclusive, and positive team environment that upholds the values of fair play and good sportsmanship
A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
