Job Title: Girls’ Football Development Manager
Salary: £25k-£29k + Benefits
Contract Type: Permanent
Line Manager: Head of Football
Role Summary:
The role will manage the Foundation’s Girls’ Football Programme, being responsible for the development of the three-tiered youth section, as well as our Girls’ Further Education programme (U16-U18). In addition to this, the successful candidate will line manage two further posts within the football department.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Minimum FA Level 2/UEFA C Qualification
Minimum of 3 years of experience working in disability sports
Proven track record of developing and delivering programmes within a football setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate individuals from diverse backgrounds
Experience of managing staff and budgets
Flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work evenings and weekends
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances
