Match planning, licensing, media exploitation, national and international marketing and the overall development of the leagues are among our tasks, in close cooperation with the subsidiaries of the DFL Group and the 36 professional clubs.

These exciting tasks await you on our playing field
Integration into the "Media and Marketing Law / Rights Protection" department of the Legal Directorate of DFL GmbH with a focus on activities for Bundesliga International GmbH, a 100% subsidiary of DFL GmbH
Support and legal advice for the management of Bundesliga International and its directorates as well as the foreign offices in questions of intellectual property law
Drafting and reviewing a wide range of contracts with commercial and international references in English and German, in particular license agreements
Accompanying and coordinating the contract negotiations with license partners and service providers
Support with the legal support of the tendering process for the award of the national and international media rights to the Bundesliga and Bundesliga 2 games
You bring this knowledge with you to be in the starting eleven with us
Fully qualified lawyer with two above-average state exams
Prior work experience in the legal department of a company or in a law firm is preferred
Knowledge of media and copyright law, intellectual property law and experience in drafting and reviewing national and international contracts in German and English
Ability to prepare legal questions in a manner appropriate to the addressee
Strong communication skills and excellent verbal and written expression, in German and English alike
