Role Description

PRO-PLAYER is seeking a full-time Goalkeeper Coach to join its Goalkeeper Academy. The GK Coach will be responsible for delivering high-quality and structured goalkeeper sessions to athletes of all ages, on behalf of Pro-Player, at various schools and academies around Queensland. The successful candidate should have a proven track record of coaching young athletes, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to identify strengths and weaknesses in the goalkeeper's performance to create personalised training programs that result in progression.


Skills & Qualifications

Minimum of UEFA 'B' Goalkeeping license, or equivalent;
Vocational education in Sport Coaching, Physical Education or a related field (Desirable)
Demonstrated experience coaching young goalkeepers;
Strong communication skills and fluent in English, with the ability to communicate technical ideas to non-technical audiences;
Capable of creating personalised training programs and devising action plans resulting in progression;
Meticulous, efficient and reliable;
Have a growth mindset, and have a passion for positively influencing the team and people around them;
In possession of a valid driving license.
